Din Cloud, an IT Company based in Islamabad requested Mehergarh to conduct two awareness sessions on – the issue of Sexual Harassment and how to address it – for their employees in Mid of February. 170 employees from different regions attended the session via zoom.
The organization has recently complied with sexual harassment law and intended to conduct Zoom and awareness sessions every quite a few months to maintain a safe and gender-friendly environment where each employee can feel safe and be more productive.
